Good Afternoon Subscribers, for today’s blog, I would like to extend some gratitude and update everyone on the latest endeavors of our founder Raymond Ramos. Not only has he spent time guiding and motivating the youth and their families at Project HYPE, but he is a phenomenal motivational speaker. The knowledge that Ray provides surpasses his expertise as a mentor for young men. His personal life, career experience, and spirituality are influential components of his motivational speaking. This skill has granted Ray ample opportunities to advise individuals at speaking engagements, including the Martin De Porres Group Home and Implicit Bias Workshop for the Department of Education Nurses. For Ray, giving back to our black and brown communities extends further than just the youth but to every individual. So far, this journey has resulted in positive results from people who have had the opportunity to learn from him. Among many of his achievements, We at Project HYPE would like to congratulate Ray for his latest endeavor of becoming an ordained minister at Bethel Gospel Tabernacle in Queens, New York. With this accomplishment, we are eager to learn and use some new ideas that will help further our goals of guiding our young men in the black and brown communities.
